I've been trying to get some Strong X-Instinct Boosters for my Crow without any luck‚ I've not seen any for sale.
Stats:
* 30 minute duration
* 40% chance of a side effect. (I'm pretty sure that is an independant 40% chance for each side effect; you could get none, you could get all four):
* -30% Armour Hitpoints
* -30% Missile Velocity
* -30% Shield Capacity
* -30% Turret Falloff
*
+20% Velocity
None hurt the Crow (Std. Missiles will still hit right out to the edge of lock-range).
The better the booster the higher the chance of a side effect and the stronger the +ve and -ve effects are.
Biology level 3 will let you use the Strong Boosters and extend the duration of the +ve and -ve effects. Neurotoxin Recovery reduces the chance of a side effect by 25% at level 5. I don't think Neurotoxin Recovery is available on the market via NPCs.
For Dreads the Mindflood Boosters look pretty good (20% to max. capacitor capacity) for anti-PОS/anti-CapShip work as only onе of the penalties would hurt.
