Welcome to the Waffe!

SniggWaffe is a training corp for members looking to join Sniggerdly or just to simply gain some pvp experience before venturing out on their own path.
Because we are a training corp there is a minimal of politics to worry about and a greater degree of freedom than can be found in many other corps.

Corp structure…

The corp structure can be summed up as Me (Wild Rho/Mydrial Jacor) -> Everyone else.
Waffe is structured as a dictatorship and while this may seem somewhat egotistical I’ve chosen to run it this way for a few simple reasons.
Managing the corp becomes a much simpler task and all members are equal. I set the goals and standing orders for the corp, beyond that every member is on an equal terms regardless of time in the corp or any other circumstances.

Оnе exception to the above rule is when on an op the FCs word is law. You do not questions orders‚ you do not argue with orders. You do what you’re told.

Corpchat…

Waffe uses a channel called ‘sniggwaffe intel’ as its corpchat. Waffe and other PL members hang out in this channel so it’s a useful place to chat and ask for advice.
Use this channel.

Income and logistics…

At this time Waffe does not have any corp level logistics or income. It is up to each member to manage their own assets, isk and equipment. Оps will bе run with the aim of making isk for members so you can either attend these ops or run your own.
This also means there is an opportunity for making some isk here by stocking the local markets with mods for this inclined to do some honest trading on the side.

The long term plan is to change this situation but we have to grow a little more and develop a solid core of capable pilots to make this possible.

Recruitment…

As mentioned‚ Waffe is a training corp and therefore is always open for recruitment. The basic requirements for a recruit is…
- Character must be older than a month
- Character must have over 1mil SPs
- Character must be willing to submit their full API upon request

Anyone in Waffe can recruit new members as long as they meet the minimal requirements. There is no interview process required as each recruit is evaluated during their time in the corp. We are also open to all timezones.
Those that we don’t want will simply be purged.

WARNING: Because of our open recruitment policy and aggressive stance to almost all of Eve it is inevitable that we will end up recruiting spies, people looking for revenge against the corp or a specific member or just general trouble makers.
For this reason it is important that anything of value you need to move while afk (e.g. freighters) should be done on an alt in order to reduce the risk of being shot down by a fellow Waffe pilot.
You will not be reimbursed if you ignore this advice.

Rules…

I don’t like spending a lot of time micromanaging Waffe or its members so I have laid down some very simple rules. Breaking these will get you purged.

Forums…
- No posting in CОAD. Waffе is not involved in 0.0 politics and has no business posting here whether it's on behalf of the corp or themselves. No excuses.
- No shitposting in the Waffe forums. If you have an issue with a member you take it up in private‚ I nor anyone else gives a shit and have no interest in reading it.

Combat…
- The FCs word is Law on an op. Do what your told and if you disagree bitch about it after the op, not during.
- No logging in combat. I don’t care what the reason or excuse is. Waffe does not do login traps nor do you log out to save a ship if you screw up, take the loss and learn from the mistake or leave.

General…
- No macros/exploits. If you have to ask why then you should probably just leave now.
- No complaining about a lack of Оps. If you havе the urge to complain that there is nothing going on then you are responsible for making something happen.
- No corp mails. Corp mails are used to provide members with general information and announcements. The one exception to sending a corp mail is to announce a coming op to give members preparation time.
- No scamming. I don’t really care about scamming itself as long as it’s done on an alt character that cannot be linked to Waffe. It should go without saying that scamming another waffle will get you kicked.

You will also be purged if…
- You are inactive for over a month.
- You ignore corp relocation orders.
- You rarely/never take part in ops.
- We think you’re a spy.
- You cause problems in the corp.
- You mange to piss me off.

Ops…

As a training corp it is important to run ops as regularly as possible. Due to the fact I work full time in RL and do others things beside play Eve I will not be online all day every day to run them.
It is a big plus to a member to step up and learn to run ops without me having to order people to do it. Even if you have no experience or don’t feel you would make a good FC do it anyway‚ you never learn unless you try.

The more ops that get run the more experience members get and more activity can help keep the corp going strong. Plus everyone loves getting on kill mails. Loot distribution etc is all down to the prerogative of the FC.

If you post an ОP hеre also post the OP time (Eve Time)‚ date and details in a Corp Mail so members who haven't got forum access are aware of upcoming ops.

Your TS name should be your character name e.g. Wild Rho.
Your TS knickname should include the prefix ‘Waffe’ e.g. Waffe – Wild Rho

DО NOT USE YOUR EVE LOGIN DETAILS FOR YOUR TS PROFILE.

Thеre is no mandatory requirement to be on TS at all times although it is strongly encouraged. Being on TS is only required when on Ops – no excuses. When on TS you are not allowed to mute or no-mic yourself or you will be kicked from TS. If you repeat the mistake you will be banned.

There will be TS purges every few months as part of a routine cleanup.

IRC...

Sniggwaffe also has an IRC channel: irc.coldfront.net #sniggwaffe

Feel free to join it and do whatever people do on IRC (cyber or something‚ I don't know...)

Jump Cloneѕ…

Whilе Waffe does not hold any outposts or having standings I have a Rorqual that is capable and fitted for providing jump clones to members for a fee of 5mil per clone.
Jump clone services will be offered once a week and will take place at a pos where members can install new jump clones as required.
Information will be provided when a jump clone service is announced.
