A request and some info for those flying Gallente T2

I recently acquired the equipment to use invention on T1 Gallente ship BPC's. I currently lack only one thing. I need the skill book for Gallente Encryption Methods, if anyone has a copy of this book or sees one available at or below 200 million please purchase it I will pay you for it.

When and if I aquire this book I should be able to attempt making T2 Ship bpc's for us to produce our own stuff. So any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly I currently have only a level 1 Mechanical engineering R&D agent so getting datacores in this area is expensive. Anyone that has a higher level Mechanical Engineering agent that would consider selling me these datacores at a reasonable fee please pm me here or eve-mail me in-game.
