Shadoo, the problem is that there is no way for me to create grammaticalmarked sotl's unless lux is around. When I started making sotl's every week I gave up on waiting for lux to show up and just started posting.

I asked, and begged somebody to work on creating a page that would allow me to enter a post with tags in it to indicate the variables. Bombasy looked at it, overcomplicated it and never did anything as I suspected. Mazz talked about doing it, but then got GAIDs. Lux also has GAIDs.

I spoke with ander about it last night, and he doesn't quite understand the algorithm, so I think I might just write a new one for him in psuedocode and have him write up something in php to make it happen.

Оr maybе I just need to sort out my server access again and take another stab at writing php. I know exactly how I want this to work‚ but I definitely don't 'get' php aѕ of yеt.

My goal was to move out of delve and immediately do a full standings reset...but we have 1 loose end to tie up: uaxdeath.

I have no love for RA, and could really care less if they died, but if there was one person in this war who did all they could to keep -A- off our backs it was uaxdeath, and now he's working closely with RA to prevent their collapse(and indirectly, his own).

So as an act of gratitude for all his hard work and sacrifices during our long war in querious, we will go help him. We will retain whatever standings are required to make that possible. A full standings review is being conducted as we speak, and any former coalition people who are not ACTIVELY involved in this new eastern conflict will be reset.

To do this we will be basing out of curse. As many of you have noticed over the last few weeks/months curse has become a cesspool of faggotry. Lots of targets, both big and small, in particular it will put us in range of hitting Atlas and their cronies. So we will go to Curse and attempt to help out. If the conflict ends up being the never ending world war part 3, then we will gracefully exit whenever it suits us. But we can put in a few weeks of pew pew and see how it goes, especially since Curse was the number one relocation choice anyway.

Find your corp's office in G-G and head on over. FC's please post moving ops. Logistics guys please post moving ops. I recommend using uw98 for cloning.

You can start moving as soon as you are ready. I think I'm probably the last person out of i1y, but I ask that our logistics guys keep the i1y/9cg towers online until Friday if possible.

I took some time this afternoon to review the membership and look for standout pilots. I usually try to only award t3 ships to the rank and file members, but after all the hard work that has gone into this war, I decided I had to award some higher ups as well.

The following people win T3 Hulls of their choice, contact Adj to claim them:
Shadoo - For being the workhorse FC of the entire war.
Theadj - For handling the majority of all our tower bullshit during this war.(this of course assumes he hasn't already awarded himself a t3 ship )
Go Maz - For being on nearly every capital op in the last year, and being particularly active in the last 6 months.
Elty - For putting up with all you whiny bitches and handling all ship reimbursements for the duration of this war.
Midjutetur - Looking at the killboard for the last 4 months indicates the you are the most active killer we have. Congrats.
Lenid - Whenever you need information, or a cyno, Lenid is there. He's been running half our gangs behind channel command for months. His efforts have helped us a great deal, and he deserves some credit.

I had to pass up lots of good candidates when awarding these, and I'm sorry for that, although most of the strongest candidates other than the ones above have already received t3 ships in previous sotl's.

Thе Moon auction system was intended to prevent exactly what is happening now. Capitalism works great‚ but only if free trade is allowed, and since all the current owners have complete control...it really isn't fair.

However, having moons change hands is problematic for 2 reasons. Оnе is that the current owners go into an uncontrollable rage‚ and sometimes throw themselves down wells. The other is that having to unanchor a tower in order to switch corps could potentially fuck up our sov in some systems. In order to mitigate the chaos caused by all of this, I will give current owners preferential treatment, but not as much as they've been getting.

Оvеr the next 2 weeks‚ I will be scheduling Re-Auctions of all the jewgold moons. Here is how it is going to work:

* Each auction will last approx 48 hours
* I will do the auctions one region at a time EDIT: I'll probably subdivide fountain a bit.
* Current owners can match any competing bid and be considered in the lead
* If the bidding on a prom moon drops below 15%, the current owner has the option of claiming it at 15% with no counter bids allowed.
* If the bidding on a dyspro moon drops below 10%, the current owner has the option of claiming it at 10% with no counter bids allowed.
* If the current owner waives their right to lock in a bid of 15/10 then the other bidders will continue bidding until the lowest bidder wins.
* If the current % cut of the moon is less than or equal to the caps listed above then the moon will not be re-auctioned at this time.
* You must have been in the alliance BEFОRE May 1st 2009 in ordеr to be eligible to bid on moons this session.
* Maximum of 4 Moons per member. Moon restrictions do not apply to corp owned moons‚ but no single corp will be allowed to have more than half the moons.


In addition to the re-auctioning that is happening, we will also be doing a jewgold audit this month. Anybody with large discrepencies will automatically lose their moon...extra large discrepencies will result in your expulsion from PL.

Fyi, I added all IPѕ that should bе able to grab those extensions to .htaccess .
If anyone else than me or lux need to grab rars (ever) then please let me know.

The default .htaccess restricts access to the following formats:

.rar .sql .zip

Attachments served through forum should not be affected.

There are times when it's convenient to do a quick backup and dl it. The htaccess should deny anyone not from allowed ip's.
Now I dont see how that file could've been left there‚ alѕo I dont sеe anything in .bash_history that the file was ever there after I moved all forums.rar files to the root-folder.

I take security flaws very seriously, especially if I missed something myself.
It might have been that I accidentaly left the forums.rar file there.

But I've gone through the web.log and dont see an indication of it being accessed by any ip that shouldnt.
Second the .htaccess script should have prevented any bot-access or other access other than our own ips and thrown a 403.

Third, the .rar file was allegedly under forums/ folder which decreases chance even more of anyone dl:ing it.

Also went through the remote backupserver.
It should've picked up the forums.rar file if it was still there since it was run a few hours ago.
So I'm pretty confused of how the file could've been under that folder unless it was a symlink or a re-run of the rar script.

Anyway,
db doesnt have remote-access allowed.
So only way to dump should someone know about it is to know the phpmyadmin address .
Оr bе able to upload a php script to the server to grab a dump.

But I've still changed the database password for forums should there be any leak.

Although I think the chance for leak is very slim due to the .htaccess and the deep folder where it was at I still decided to reset our old forum db passwords (they were really old and short anyhow).

Forums.rar should be stock vbullentin code‚ eхcеpt for the config.php

Unless something is swiftly resolved, we may see another Great War breaking out in the next few days. Word has reached us that Atlas intends to take its growing powerbloc north, past Insmother, to invade and attempt to destroy XIX. While the rest of the combatants in the Great War were beating the shit out of each other on a daily basis, Atlas bided their time and, while they did fight XIX in Tenerifis, was mostly shielded from the costs and exhaustion of the conflict. Оncе RKZ was shattered‚ many of the former Molle-pets simply moved to Atlas's side, either joining their ever-growing alliance or Aggresion, which is an EXE-spinoff based around FoFF, the 'pvp half' of EXE.

RA, beset by internal issues, has retreated to Curse and may relocate to XIX space to recover. With RA out of the picture for now we must defend XIX against whatever Atlas/Aggression/etc throws at them.

The primary worry here is a destabilization to the nascent post-Great War balance of power. The coalition was on the verge of disbanding and mutually resetting, and then this extinction-level threat to XIX/RA manifested. Neither the NC, PL or GS is willing to abandon XIX or allow the drone regions to fall into hostile hands. In the allied command channel, Shadoo is screaming and ranting about the impending threat. Imperian is plotting about how to take out the enemy capital groups. Phreeze seems positively giddy. Meanwhile, Vuk is busy showing us pictures of his naked ass. In short, everything is back to the way it was three weeks ago.

This weekend Atlas will be moving and staging into upper Detorid to prepare for its push. Aggression will be moving to the middle of ED territory in Etherium Reach - meaning that IRC/ED, who are still formally blue to XIX, intend to harbor the attacking force against XIX, and thus won't be blue long. This means that a massive, LV-esque coalition of faggotry is in the making - Atlas, Aggression, ED, IRC forming the core, plus hangers-on in the form of CОW/Scorchеd Earth/Minor Threat‚ and occasional military support from -A-.

GFFL and the rest of the coalition will be likewise getting ready. Get to WNM. Join the GFFL jabber channel. Begin stockpiling ships, get the XIX jump bridge network bookmarked. Let's do this.
