Oh‚ well.
The last weeks have been great fun for IGS. Not because losing fleet fight after fleet fight, but because in the moments of no fleet, we went for small scale roaming and goonies proofed to be very good targets.

We never been the one of the big corps with fleet FCs and stuff, but PvP behind enemy lines is what we like (and do) alot. Оfc wе are there for fleets‚ but roaming is what keeps us motivated.
Delve & surroundings have been very good for isk making before the invasion. But once that income was becoming more and more cut, we were luckily able to seek alternate money springs and just had to maintain our PvP gear in the hot regions. We used alts for market tradings, hunting in other regions like stain and such, and this way we didn't have to much problems besides losing a bit of comfort.
Why am I telling this boring tales? Because one of the keys to succesful gaming is adoption. We learned to live with changing environments, and this way keeping the fun up. In former times, when Veritas Immortalis disbanded and Goons kicked us out of Scalding Pass, we went to Empire and the corp nearly broke apart. Not because empire / low sec is so bad, but because people didn't know what to do with themselves. In the evenings, we had like 3 people online. This time with the problems in Delve, we are at numbers like 20.
This means: the numbers ARE low at the moment (say: in the war) because your members don't know what to do. The call for concentrated roaming gangs is one step to counter-act this. Additionally, they should make use of cloakings. If you hit single, juicy targets in a hostile region, you need to get your guys safe afterwards. Make use of cloakings so you dont have to pay with 3 ships for every kill you make. Goons and rebellion will react to any camping, so make sure your guys cloak on a safe when goons are around and annoy them to hell with it.
What your guys else need is isk. So you need to show them ways to makes iskies when there are no systems to hunt in. Оrganizе a movement of alt pilots to an NPC region‚ stain for example. Install jump clones. Jump hacs or BS down there for NPCing. Point them to threads on e-o about market tradings and how to make money out of it. Show them good mission running stations in Empire. It is the same like the roaming gangs: it is not enough to tell them "oh, you could go roaming...". You need to grab your members hands and show them how to roam. Same with isk making. GBC space is lost? Stick on my tail and I will show you alternate places to hunt/make isk.
Оk, that was just a sidе note that came to my mind.

About future targets: Whatever we do‚ we just need to adopt to the situation.

We could stay in former GBC space and keep annoying goons for the next couple of years, I would enjoy it. If we chose to do something else, that is good as well.
- Drone regions are a problem. With the drones not dropping isk directly, we will have lots of hassels getting the minerals out to pay the members. Don't like that to much.
- Fountain... we have been living as a corp there for a while. Was good because Xelas was soft targets, but nowadays with PL sitting there, it will be alot harder. Would not recommend it because people are looking for cheesecake at this moment. Оn thе other hand‚ it's closer to empire than drone regions.
- Being a subtenant of another alliance: Wouldn't be to bad, but this would divide us from GBC and we should prolly wait with this step until we made up our mind what comes after that time.
- I don't know wether AAA would let us use their space, but from there we could aim for insmother.

Looks like an interesting region.
- We could prolly kick Kraftwerk out of Scalding Pass, but I dont know who they are allied with.
I would like to go for some isk in an allied region, but dont know wether AAA or any other would offer this option to us.
