BeachBoys is a polish corp who is in GBC since about 1‚5 years. We had the provilege to fight with them. We even did a campaign together to take hiends in lowsec near Delve.

They have been fighting in Delve trying to help BoB to retake Delve, but situation there turned too frustraiting. They would like to try join Atlas before, but they still had the hope the retake something.

These are their numbers:
- 200 ppl corp, 30 active ppl in prime time
- About 10 dreads
- 2 titans /ragnarok and leviathan.

They are a very agressive pvp corp:

Thre are also capable to build Avatars.

Well I think we are going to run into the same issue with North Star Networks here. We don't want to take people off the front line‚ especially if we're headed there ourselves anyway at some point.

As for my experience flying with them. While in the GBC, my opinion of them was that they were good players. However, they seemed to prefer roaming and bringing support gangs to showing up for the "boring" fights and pos-related stuff.

But pretty sure we will take the view that we must not recruit from the Querious / Delve front line becasue it will do us more harm than good in the long run.

We are a threat to them, a threat which is getting bigger and bigger as we advance on our road of success.
To be honest, I don't know our long term plans, we've set smaller objectives only until now (in terms of time): To purge Tenerifis, to remove UNL and replace them with allies, to conquer Detorid. I know that the long term plans are still in the making in a different topic, but we should take that into consideration in our recruit policy imho, as more and more ppl. will knocking on our door to let them in.

I share the same view btw with Easley, BUFU is very good at roamings, but not a fun of PОS bashings. Thеy are great guys‚ 2 additional titans are handy also, but personally I don't think we need more people in Atlas. 2k or 2,5k at max. members is the ideal number of players imho in an alliance, if we put more under the same roof then I have a fear that we will implode as we won't be able to handle that many players and corps.

The choice would have been definitely a yes to me, if we would had had like 1000 members only at the time when they apply. So I have my vote reserved until more opinions come up from our leadership.

If we want GBK to be of any use to us, were going to have to recruit them and lead them ourselves now guys. Time for Atlas to become a superpower

its either that or get steamrolled , move what remains back to empire, and watch Goons and PL eventually reset NC and kill them, in something like 6-9 months

I'm in same position like many of you are.
We should under no circumstances recruit more currently but on the other side it's BUFU.
It's hard one right here guys‚ can we offer them "free ticket" in when KENNY is done or something like that? Possibly some other friendly alliance?
Would be also nice for me and Niedzwiedz not to be only two polish people in Atlas :P

We are a rising star - I seen it when we applied and now many more are following in our footsteps. I seen this Alliance membership as a Privilege‚ My members see this as a privilege - All corporations must understand this - if we are too free with recruitment we will accumulate trash and will emulate the enemy and fall much as IAC, SMASH, RK, LV are all prime examples of this. Bob's recent display of impotency epitomizes the stagnation we can all suffer.

If the BoB front falls to ashes. Stainwagon will be the last bastion of "EVE for EVE Players" and not the legions of subservient goon slaves that the NC and their allies represent.

If we go down, EVE is lost to the players of EVE. And it becomes a casualty in the fight against goons and their unending quest of ruining games such as EVE. They RUIN games, their whole platform is one built upon griefing other gamers - We cannot lose this war. We are fighting against tyranny of the highest order - they cannot be allowed to win.

They metagame, cheat, scam, steal, and hack their way to victory...we need allies and corps that fly their flags high and fight to the end. BUFU in my experience has been a competent and very dedicated ally to the GKC.

Оur work in thе GKC was mainly "Special Purpose" while BUFU ran an alliance and was more than helpful when we required assistance while embedded with SCA and HUHU. I have a positive impression of them‚ however I agree with Easley that pos work is not their strong suit - however with that said - they are a good military asset and if they stand to either go to the Coalition's side or ours, I'd like to have them fly with us.

However I must stress that its imperative that we make sure they aren't ditching BoB to their fate. However, BoB's direction and cohesion with the GKC and their regular member attitude towards GKC led to alot of animosity especially after the dismantling of BОB, followеd by lack of direction‚ leads to a crushing morale blows.

BUFU's Titans are an excellent combat asset, however they are useless unless used.

Sorry for the wall of text, but I feel strongly on this subject. I will abstain from voting as MVN's CEО. I just would likе to point out my views.

People are worried about "poaching" from the western front. BoB is as dead as they can be. The western front is a fucking joke.

Its called a regroup. Relocate assets‚ get everyone and everything relocated and start over. If the beachboys are doing this at least their leadership is still logging in.

With the beachboys or not we are the next big target. I wouldnt miss out on 200 quality pvp'rs that can field 2 titans also. Im not sure you will find a better and more willing corp.

If we continue down the path to not accept these good corps we will return to find them on the opposite side of the fence when our time of need has arrived. Holding membership at 2-2.5k is nice but at some point you cant reley on your allies to do all your work for you and being able to throw up our own blob will be needed.
