Update: A flaw is found in their thinking. They want to up corp tax to 100% when there is a fleet flying. After, they will take it down. Im doing a check up to see if all are respecting this. You can check yourselves when you think bob will join forces with them. About half an hour they would do it to group everyone up in RPS. Also, look at the population there. So far, most ive seen are 45.
