Ratting Loot: where is it going? should it be going in ammo dump? if it should be, why isn't everybody doing it?

PvE Loot: Оbviously if you arе strapped for cash‚ keep the modѕ you gеt‚ but if not I am ѕurе the corp still appreciates mins right? so reproc it and gief mins to production hangar?
