Your leadership has had a lot of discussions over the past couple of weeks. We are getting to know each other better and we are having great discussions about the future of this alliance. We are growing by leaps and bounds and I'm really happy and thankful to have you all here.

I want to introduce myself for those of you that don't know me. Its easy enough to just call me AA. I have been in Fountain for about half my EVE life‚ which has been admittedly pretty short, only a year and a half. But that entire year and a half I have been PVPing with some very impressive people. The alliances I have been in have faced a lot of challenges. These challenges have taught me what works and what does not. I have figured out a lot about EVE in that time. C4 and ОrDеR have hired me because I give good head.

I am here to serve YOU. You can consider me the voice of this alliance. I am the clearinghouse for information; I run your Ventrilo server‚ I help administer your forums, I run alliance mail, I run the Jabber server, I try to make sure everyone is up to date and informed. We have over a thousand people now. It is a tough job and thankless. My only comfort is when we are successful. I want us to succeed. I want you to succeed. My average day is 4-8 hours of conversations and admin work and about 1 hour of ratting or PVP.

We are in the top 25 alliances in EVE by number of pilots and corps now. Despite what you may think people fear us. They do not have a lot of information about us, they do not know what our objectives are, and they worry very much about what we are capable of. I've heard numbers like we have 6 titans and 200 caps, which is pretty funny to be honest. They want us to fail. But they also fear us.

We have big objectives. We are not here to spin in station in Hophib and rat in 9D6 or D4K. There are a lot of people in this alliance and as a result a lot of viewpoints. I have listened to and heard a ton of them and I pay attention to every one of them. I am always here to listen to what you have to say. That will not change.

Part of having big objectives is taking big risks. We (leadership) and you (pilots) take those risks because we believe in one another. I believe in you. I trust you to be an expert at what you do and to always learn. I want you to fail as quickly as possible so we get the mistakes over with quickly. Group fucking hug, guys and girls.

There will always be room for different types of gangs in this alliance. We are not here to tell you what to do, we are here to tell you what you CAN do. As C4 will tell you this is not a CTA alliance. I am not going to emo rage at you because you do not want to shoot a tower. But if we want great things sometimes we have to do ugly shit. There will be losses. I want you to trust us that we are not going to sacrifice your ships needlessly. We are working hard to make sure FCs know their jobs and the objectives. We do our best to give you the right tools and people. In return we trust you to do the right things for your broheims and sisters. That means when the chips are down you keep a positive attitude and you bring it every day. I wake up in the morning and thank God (C4) and God's Cockblocker (ОrDеR) I can fight with them for yet another day.

We are definitely here to have fun. I for one love nothing more than to pen15 local‚ ransom marauders in belts and drop cargo containers that say "FUCK ОFF PL RENTERS". Thе fact that I am a hyperorganized asshole changes none of this.

You all have been in EVE a long time and you know what you like and don't like. Everyone likes to win. If there is anything I want to give you as a present this year it is more win than you can fucking handle. And that is exactly what we are planning on.

Internet spaceships are serious fucking business. Its guts or glory time. We have some big things planned. We need your support. Have combat ships you are well skilled for ready. If you arent skilled for something dont fly it. Use the tools you have available. Find me if you need anything.

We need EVERYONE‚ and I do mean EVERYОNE, activе for the next couple of weeks‚ if we want to succeed we need people in fleets. We have 1000 people in this allinace, i'd like to see 200-220 man fleets in our prime.

A state of the alliance report would be cumbersome if done once a week. I believe once a month is perfect... Everyone should know how the alliance is based on converstations on the forums.

Keep promoting forum usage and we will have more and more informed members

A note.

Shamus from PL releases a Weekly " State of the Legion " to all his pilots‚ in this he outlines the plans, the wins, the fails and the way forward.

This way, everyone (even those not online) know whats happening right now, and when they are logging on.

Meh all you like about spies etc, it doesnt have major detail, but it keeps everyone involved, on track and in the know.

Use it, or pen15 it.

Next update will be April 21‚ out of EVE for a few dayѕ whilе new parts come in which will then allow my smiling face to be in EVE 24x7 penising our intel channels.
