To all alliance members. We are trying to ensure that all pilots have the best possible items available to them so - for this we require all pilots help.

If you are a salvager I require help from you. The alliance requires help from you. If you NPC then please do you bit for the alliance and salvage the wrecks.

There is no one that can claim I do not fight‚ and have not lost ships. Pisses me off to see light blues ratting and mining while we fight to defend our space. They need to be in the alliance and fighting with us; or piss off to Jita.

This is a nice dream Anue but personally being a NОBODY I havе never benefited over my eve career from these programs. Seems the ship replacement programs‚ replacement modules, etc. seems to benefit and enrich the pets and elite few. The individuals of this alliance who are poor, i.e. do not own a T2 BPО to print ISK with, valuе our salvage. It would be far better to make available to the allaince masses researched Tri-Mark BPC. So a pilot can take his own salvage‚ and make his own rig in 8 minutes for a few thousand ISK. He benefits from his own work without any bullshit. Why charge a pilot 10M ISK and enirch whom for a rig he can build himself for a few thousand ISK. DО YOU SEE MY POINT. Sеems the alliance members enjoys running the prices up on it's own membership.

Second point. The alliance leadership and FCs need to start thinking that a MP BS is a valuable 250M ISK resource NOT to be wasted - PISSED AWAY. I have seen random roaming gangs take them out‚ and then piss them away for no political gain. Then you bitch that pilots will not field them. If this alliance has a desire to hold territory, then we need to have MP BS 2 to 3 deep in every pilots hanger. When we need them to kill a Mothership pointed on a gate in L-A, we do not have them because we have pissed them away. Yes ladies we failed to kill that WYE because we did have enough MP BS for DPS because we are losing them in random roams. I could not field one that day because my MP BS was PISSED AWAY in some random engagement.

The question the Nobody's need to ask the Somebodies of this alliance is "are we a PVP alliance that does small gang roams". I am here for the PEW, the SMALL GANG roams, and not to defend the moon mining interests of the Elite few. But it seems I am pissing ships away in Large fleet engagements or on Large fleet random roams in which we are get our asses handed to us because we do not the common sense to pause before we engage a fleet twice our size that has 5 scorpions and logistic support - EPIC FAIL.

You definitely have some valid points‚ most of which I would suggest putting on URSОKWL's thrеad since the leadership has been watching it.

However I'll comment and/or add to what you have said that I think needs to be reiterated:

You seem to believe that those light blues do not fight with us. I'm not entirely sure who exactly you are talking about‚ and please forgive if I am wrong, but many of those light blues are fighting along side of us. I see FОE pilots within our flеets all the time as well as a few other light blues who are down here with us. Also be aware that Order is working with other corporations or alliances to rent out some space (that might be what you are talking about) but I'm unsure if that has started yet.

Aneu's program‚ at least in my opinion, is a step in the right direction. Leadership seems to realize (I have tried my best to speak out for those who have complained about the costs) that the MP battleships are a bit on the expensive side. I think you also bring up a valid point that these MP BSes should not be used so lightly and even I have expressed some discontent with fleet losses. For many members these are very valuable ships and to see them blown away for no real meaningful reason will make them less likely to bring one in the future. Insurance helps but with the prices of rigs and modules people are still dropping nearly 100 mill each time they lose a MP ship.

As for your moon mining making the rich elite more rich (you sound like marx ) I think you also have that wrong as well. Right now we do not have any high end moons and although there has not been anything posted about that being the ultimate goal of the alliance. I'm not entirely sure what we plan on doing with Fountain, I assume take over as much as we can, but I can safely say that right now this should not be your concern. Many people, including myself, know where those moons are and "if and when" we get take these moons I have faith in the leadership to make the right decision on how to handle it. As a Gonzo member if you were in IAC (not sure how long you've been in Gonzo) you will remember that many "high" value moons or poses were controlled by the holding corporation which distributed any income it recieved to the right places. I think that if and when we take these moons accountability will be needed. But how about we wait until that actually comes up before we start throwing our hands up.

For now I think you and I should stick with worry about who the next target is going to be. I've debated whether or not a set of goals are necessary for the alliance. Some ways I think it will make people realize what they are fighting for and will be more willing to sacrifice. Whatever the case I think you need to chill out and realize it is still just a game. If all else fails we'll go out knowing we kicked ass and had fun doing.

I have vivid memories of IAC high command selling the alliance out to -A-. Memories of being pawned and then watch my wreck being looted and sent to the alliance. Learnings the faction modules that dropped from my ship were solded in Jita by the alliance; the proceeds used for a capital replacement program. That is very bitter water under the bridge.

Well IAC's failings is not exactly what I wanted to bring up. They did have a rather well built ship program as well as a capital replacement program. I bought many ships and know of people who have used their capital replacement program and all seemed to be very happy. I will comment quickly on your wreck loss. I'm very sorry that your wreck was looted by someone else in the alliance and then the modules were sold to pay for programs designed to benefit the alliance as a whole. They specifically said that wrecks were to be looted‚ contracted to certain higher members of the alliance and then they would be redistributed within the alliance. It was designed to help the alliance as a whole, something that many people tend to forget in this game. We are all in this together and we should all actively be working to help each other and complete alliance wide goals. That is what Eve is about, if you are just in this for yourself or your own goals than that's fine, you just won't enjoy being a part of a 0.0 alliance or at least an alliance trying to claim space. We all need to make sacrifices.

Also, when I lose my ship I completely expect to lose all my modules. Faction or not. If by some miracle someone picks up my loot and gives it back to me I consider it a good day. If someone picks up my loot and gives it to the alliance to fund a good program (like a capital construction/replacement program) then even better.

I´ll try to give my view on this matter out of a fc point of thought and as the sc isk printing machine.

When i fc and i normally do for more then 3 h a day i am extremley careful with my fleet / numbers rethinking and planning all depending @ hostiles and our own numbers .... i normally hate loosing anything‚ and i mean anything. (This is were is as fc normally collect all loot and redistribute it all to ppl who lost stuff).

Small roam gangs vs big fleets?

It is all in the viewers own eyes, i think i get the most out of a mixed hac bs rcon ew gang all from 20+ - 100+ to me it does not matter if you arr 20 or 100. With that said i know exactly what a ship costs and the value of ships i was there to mine the first scorpion ingame with drunkenmaster and lord zap, i was the first owner of the reaven BS and lost it to 20 EVE marshals hunting me for over 40 jumps after killing 10+ of them.

To the isk printing machine, i own 3 bpo´s was four sold one 42 bil ;0)

I make ships up here to alliance members below what it actually costs .... normally a 1-2 bill loss a month and i have no problems sharing the "LОVE" all this could еasy be solved with a sc war cheast. Having all members donat a small sum each month. (That is to be discussed).

This programme is something i have wanted to do for a while, i am also going to start an alliance drug production - drugs can mean the difference between life and death in a fight, even with just synth ones.

Quite simply, you get less for your salvage, but you more than make up for it with cheep trimarks.

I don't see the point of this program tbh...

Using my BP‚ one trimark takes 72 AP, 55 CNC, 83 FIC.
If I sell that to the program, I get 5.26 mil and pay 10 mil for the Trimark, meaning I am losing out on almost 5 mil isk.
If I build the rig myself from those components, I break even.
If I sell that salvage in Jita, I get 20.98 mil and pay 20.4 mil for the rig, actually MAKING money.

Seems to be just fishing money out of people's pockets....

If you want to spend your time npcing and salvaging then do it yourself. This is to help those that dont salvage. The programme will be refined down the line depending on income and i may eventually start to fund it myself buying all parts off market and selling at build cost.

Quite simply this is here to make things easier for people and to put some isk into the alliance coffers.
