PL/SOT will always blob with thier superier cap numbers if we take on something that they actually care about.

Simple really‚ if people want to use their caps then fairplay, but they gotta know that theres a 99% chance of being Hotdropped.
Let the allies deploy caps, we'll supply the support fleet
