Cyno Characters

What do you think the chance of actually talking to CCP and getting a cyno only ѕharing account with no assеts? I have several cyno alts I don't use as I can't afford 4 accounts anymore never mind the time it takes to move them and they are being wasted. I'd love to be able to get them working for us again.

YHou think if you petitioned it ahead of time and asked they would say "As long as you understand ANY theft on these accounts or activities that we could investigate will be ignored." Think there is any possibility?

Well before we delete this thread I may open an account up for 3 cyno characters could/would you guys want it?
