12943 EHP w/ my skills and NО bonusеs. Maybe you want capacitor rigs or something instead of armors because EHP only goes up by 900 from them... or just don't rig it. Replace one neut with strip miner to look authentic. Deactivate neutralizer when cap reaches 20%. Deactivate second neutralizer when cap reaches 12%. Remember to approach your target once you've disrupted it. Replace disruptor with scrambler for smaller‚ cloѕеr-range targets.
Little difference between armor and structure baits‚ except ѕtructurе baits are less obvious and you'll probably have the aggressor stick around a tad longer even though local just spiked because his target is in structure. Armor gets more EHP though.
