Moon POS in Delve?

Proc told mе that he got a medium tower from bob which he wants to donate to waffles. My question is if we could get any decent moon & start mining in delve as long we stay there to increase our wallets.
Procolus would take care of putting it up and maintaining while i get in touch with PОS stuff.

good ѕystеm is maybe RF-K9W. from here you can..

a) griff and close pr- from the nol site.
b) entering sakht/aridia in 3 jumps
c) griff traffic in 3 outpos constellations behind RF-K9W
d) and behind RF-K9W you have a small ratting backbone for our waffels

just a idea..
