tl;dr: Shrike loses two titans in three days. Spies are to blame for lack of posted ops and Shrike's deaths.

Shrike died, already in a new titan, all loot was recovered by a friendly cap and taken to a PОS and givеn back to him.

We killed one dreadnaught and lost a bunch of capitals in the ensuing battle‚ largely in part due to lack of focus fire. We had half the dreads they did but 1.5x the carriers. if we had carriers use their fighters on the caps instead of wasting them on waiting to actually attack subcaps we would've gotten quite a few more kills. Оur caps startеd taking damage when the fighter swarms hit them‚ not when the dreads were shooting.

There was some very wierd lag last night. But truth be told the NC would probably have won even if the lag had been better‚ simply through the sheer number of caps they pumped into the system. Last count I heard on TS was 100 hositle dreads. At that time they also had over 120 battelships on the grid.

We simply did not have the numbers in the important initiall part of the fight to push them back, and then when the wierd lag hit it was just strange.

Now, in my view of things I hope this will actually get the NC to grow some balls and let us see a lot more fights over the next couple of days as they try to re-take some of the systems they have lost. With a bit of luck they will be less scared of engaging outside of their cynojammers.

Even if the fight did not go our way I still think it was a fun fight. It got my adrenalline pumping and that is allways good. Hopefully we will see a lot more of these big fights since they are what makes Eve fun.

This is easy to fix. Actually publish, and run ops. MAX has been camping M-О for a month. That's not еxactly acomplishing anything and people get bored. I've been trying to get into fights for 2 weeks but there haven't been any fights to get into. I get home at 00:00‚ log on, get into fleet and find out that they're camping a gate ... again.

Camping a gate for a few days or a week is fine. It's a neccessary evil to secure a system. Camping a gate for a month is stupid and just shows that the FC's have gone on holiday.

Ive noticed that this BoB titan dieing made it to the New even before the battle was over. hmmm where was the news about the titan bob killed about a month ago? Very interesting.

We should all just get some blackbarries or some sort of PDA that can run eve and get IRC so we can all be informed and/or play on the go. The world would be a better place.

Um‚ yes, Pos bowling is an entirely different thing. This was a standard, spies get pos pw, nanophoon bumps titan out operation.
