You can log in all you want‚ but one idea behind the MAX 2.0 thing is that everybody is getting sick and tired of half of the GBC fleet consisting of shit ships with even shittier fittings and no gang or TS discipline at all. So all allies will be running their own ops to train and if necessary remove the bad apples.

Actually‚ all alliances in the GBC do fly terrible ships and have a way too big percentage of people who cannot use teamspeak. Including BoB. Which is why everybody will work on that problem in their own gangs. If you don't believe it, just check our own killboard Razz

I am sure there is a percentage of individuals who do not properly fit thier ships‚ nor use Teamspeak, as there is in every alliance. That said, this sounds more like a way for BoB to boost thier own internal morale by blaming our progress and performance as of late on thier allies.

Not it's a simple matter of it being way harder to work on these issues if you do not run your own gangs. Besides‚ it's not a matter of BoB blaming everyone, all people in leadership positions that I talked to agreed to this, why do you think we have been making threads on our own forums weeks and months ago about the exact same issue? Just because people like to think that they are on the cool team doesn't make it okay to be fielding the same shit over and over. ExE certainly wasn't the biggest offender in the area, but we had our share of shitfits and shitships that we need to get rid off Wink And BoB isn't saying that it's just in everyone else, the point is the overall fleet quality was pretty lousy lately and it included people from all sides in the GBC.

By breaking it down to corp and alliances operations it will be much easier to plug leaks and to crack down on nooblets who fly shit ships. In addition to many other things that make it more attractive especially for FOFF as a corp that should greatly boost our participation and help remove our deadweight.

i understand its frustrating when some ppl bring crap ships buth maybe if we dident die everyday ppl can bring better ships not everyone hase the industrie like bob have. In beginning or first month everyone had good ships to fight with at the end it was getting worse simple

and they where getting outnumberd badly also this game is about numbers you can be as good as you can in the end its numbers that count

The matter of fact is that to compete in this political landscape you either need to outblob your opponent (which we don't aim to) or you need to have vastly better fleet composition to make up for numbers. That is what worked in our favor in the last war, and the problem is that while our opponents kept training skills we seem to have lost our focus on fleet quality. This is not a BoB-only, GBC-only or ExE-only phenomenon, but it is happening and it needs to be addressed.

It isn't even just the material that is being flown, in the last few weeks I noticed for example that more and more people stopped warping back in after they had to warp out as soon as it looked as if we might be on the losing side of the fleet. That was something I watched happening for over a year, but on the other side of the battles. It's pretty much the worst thing your pilots could ever do and shows a level of selfishness and assholery that is really astounding.

tl,dr

There is a lot of issues that need working on. ExE is by far not the worst offender. BoB doesn't think that it's all our fault. But expect our FCs to be just as sharp as the BoB FCs regarding these issues. Wink

Drawing on my own experiences flying with BoB / GBC fleets i can honestly say that ship types / ts discipline / fleet chat discipline & general actions in battle are at the worst i have ever seen in MAX.

I joined ExE when we were based in QS-530. Had a blast roaming to k-9‚ 9-9 & along to PB. We pulled out of the region along with all other friendly alliances & moved to Delve were we started fighting alongside BoB every day.

Took part in the 25S / FAT / HED campaigns & then the defence of Delve specifically NОL. Our flеets were exceptionally disciplined for the most part‚ awesome in attack & tenacious in defence. I loved flying with BoB because their fc's were awesome, gangs were always outnumbered but pretty much always victorious.

Then came MAX - I know i'm not the only one to feel this way but some nights have been embarrassing. Some battles have been lost that 12 months ago would have been a slaughter for the hostiles instead of us.

I have no idea who is to blame because i haven't been trying to find out but it has to be sorted.

Bring back the old style BoB / GBC fleets & watch us pwn Smile

I hear what you are saying here and appreciate it‚ but man, I logged into BoB TS before I knew what had changed as no one had said a word about it yet, someone like myself who for 10 weeks straight was in gangs every single day, fly all tech 2 properly fitted ships, probably have more kills over the last 10 weeks then 80% of the BoB pilots, and they were rude asshats, and kicked me from TS without even saying why.

Whatever though, I am good with gangs of EXE people as it will be nice to actually have fleets where we can say something in fleet chat like "Where is the fleet" or "Is it safe to come into E-О from M-O" without gеtting told to clear coms or shut the fuck up. Fleet chat is where the GANG MEMBERS are supposed to communicate. TS is for FCs. granted there should not be inane bullshit chatter in fleet chat‚ but stuff that pertains to the gang and its current operation should be not only allowed, but welcomed, that is, unless you are a terrible FC who can't walk and chew bubble gum.

I look forward to joining and possible FCing some fleets for EXE and getting to know you all better, because the way BoB runs gangs is not fun nor condusive to a healthy relationship between alliance mates and allies. It is not fun, nor is it productive. Hopefully we won't have the spy problems they have as well.

Well a view point I have not seen yet that I personaly think needs to be addressed is‚ A BREAK.
no really, I don't remember exactly when the MAX thing started but I know it has been a long ass while.
But just to compare ti somethign more realistic, I have been on the grinding wheel in college for a little over three moenths strait, no breaks. I need a break (which is going to be all of next week \o/ ). same thing aplys to a any job, you need a break after three months of the grind.

We all could use a break, to get to work with one another and what not, bond the alliance and individual corperations together a little bit more on the member level. Also allows people to 1) reinvent thier tactics (latest patch) for gangs and what not 2) have some fun without the fleet battles (admit it, small gang warfar is alot more fun no matter how you look at it)

so take your pick, I like my reasoning, cause certainly no one means to insult anyone else.
