EXE: "So I spam to dock again" 2009-01-20

Guy loses his unscouted Rorq. in low sec to a station camper, because he doesn't understand how the 30s timer works. Ends up getting bumped by the camper who subsequently calls in his friends. What to do? Petition!

I lost my Rorqual in low sec trying to move stuff to the front in Curse and I undocked and when I did i saw a broadsword next to the station So I spam the dock button and nothing happpens. My cyno is lit mind you and I then try jumping no go there either so I spam to dock again and again nothing happens. Next the broadsword bumps me and web and scram and bubble. Local fills up and a carrier is cyno'ed in on me and getting hit with multi bs's and support. Da end it was a big isk loss and of course I petitioned it.
The worst part is I filed under stuck but was told that it was a remibersment issue and that I would hear back from them in a week or so.... So my question is how do i Plead my case the best cause 2.7 billion isn't chump change even to me any and all advice would be helpful.
