As far as im aware‚ any regroups will be posted when appropriate, we are in H-A untill told otherwise, and yes would be nice if the pos timers were updated. Do we not have PОS's in Wickеd Creek in reinforced? or are the NC/TCf just spamming towers rather than shooting? As for sov status‚ we still hold all stations apart from 5H.. not sure when sov 3 kicks in 4E and F-E. Im sure leadership will let us know the information we need in due time.

Dont expect sov 3 in any system unless a lot of towers are killed soon. Very few towers were put up to begin with. And sov will drop soon in h6 and shortly after it will drop in other systems.

Looks like 4-e sov is lost. Towers killed last night without a posted regroup. About 72 in fleet last night with local count of around 265. Our fleet was more than half BoB meaning that we had about 30 or so EXE to save a station system. Hostiles composed of scorched earth‚ goons and a few other NC.
We had 3 pos's coming out around the same time. When the first pos came out we hugged the shields when hostile BS fleet came in. We killed about 10 and then hostile cap fleet cyno'd in. Dreads went into seige and were melting the pos quickly. Оnе dread was put into 50% structure when we had to warp out because pos was also in structure.
We logged off after waiting out our aggro timers as we had no more safe pos's. Planned regroup around 0200 to get our ships out.
Hostiles will soon take our other station systems without a fight unless we make plans with our allies to defend these systems.

The sentiment I got last night was that even though we put up poses and such‚ that this wasn't "hey we're gonna make this our new home." Maybe WC was more about grabbing a little space to rent to others, I don't know. But hey, if we lose all our systems out here in WC, what we go back to PB for a week or so, regroup come back and do it again?
It's not like losing the systems out here is the same as losing systems in PB. If nothing else everything we've done out here could be seen as one big effort for some awesome pew pew. And we have had some awesome pew pew correct?

Yeah we arent saying its the same as PB‚ and we know wasnt going to make it a home, i think the point was to hold it and make money from it as long as we could. Just at this stage, i thought we would try and hold it.

The system was F-E actually. And was it not wicked to kite the pos shields and smoke part of that fleet as they came in? I actually had a load of fun on this op though can someone explain to me why we didn't do it again at the last pos that was coming out of reinforced? We had a lot of success (12 bs down‚ and some support for 3 losses?) but then suddenly they decided to log off. Plus, that dread would have gone down had we start on it even seconds earlier.
Anyway, that was good times, though now Dog is stuck in that system in a bs. Razz
Also, screw sov wars.

Maybe this has been done before and failed but if we could establish a way to reach out to Corp mates while they are not at their computer we could find that Fleets grow faster and larger if not abused......
I for one have a delicate balance that I need to make sure stays balanced between EVE and RL comitments (wife) and do what I can to make sure I am available when the EXE has an Op come up. I do this by checking our forum for Ops and IRC but IRC is not reliable since I hear the pinging going on all the time and dont check anymore sicne the wife would kill me (A) if she kept hearing pinging from the office all the time (B) if I kept getting up to check each time.....
Old problem and probably not a new solution‚ but when I hear on TS "Spank your Corp Mates"........ does he mean ping the shit out of IRC or are people actually calling eachother and saying there is an unplanned op going to start?
If there is some sort of list I can get on so I get "Spanked" with out using IRC........ Maybe a text message listing? That way a "Text Group" can be set up and Mo or someone can just hit the send button on a "Emergency Re-Group" message and it spams all our phones etc......?
Just a thought......... or if there already is one..... can I get on it Very Happy

Personaly if I am not in Eve playing then no amount of "pinging on IRC or calling my mobile will get me online as R/L is way more important so that is a no go
I think the "spank yor corp mates is more about having 200 online in alliance and 30 in the fleet!!

Although it would cost a fortune for one person to send lots of text messages all over the world, aswell as this, i wouldnt want to get a text in the middle of the night when i have work in the morning. If peope want to be notified by text its probaly just best to set it up with a trusted group in your corp, that are ideay living in the same country.
Also, 205 in alliance the other night, we were struggling to get over 100 in fleet, where does the problem lie? Confused

Remember that some of that 200 is dedicated carebears in PB that are fueling our war machine and making sure that we have equipment to fight with.

Amen... I'm not one of the guys who mine but I can appreciate what they do. As long as it is for the alliance and not just to get fat wallets. If you think about it this type of debate has happened in every single alliance I have been in back to FE.
We will always have a certain number of alts‚ a certain number of induѕtry guys and a fеw who don't join gang. I agree people should be on the front and in gangs but not because they are forced to but because it's fun. Maybe we can figure out why people don't want to join up and address that issue. Is it lack of ships on the front? lack of time? lack of isk? lack of just having a good time?
