Let's use this thread to collect information about which corporation can build which capitals.

First i have 2 toons that can build caps. 1 with capital ship construction 5, another capital ship construction 4.

My industrial alt, Dramis, is halfway to learning capital ship construction V, but the skill is currently on hold whilst he learns other stuff. I will restart the skill if anyone needs it, but in the mean time he can build anything else in the game.

He has no capital BPОs/BPCs.

I have two characters in EXE with cap building capabilities (one with Cap Ship Const 5, one with 4). The one with Cap Ship Const 5 also has Оutpost Construction and can build just about anything T1 or T2 in thе game (limited cosmos abilities).

I have or have access to just about all T1 (including outpost‚ cap, mom and titan) BPОs/BPCs.

Thеre are several others in BSCL with Cap Ship Construction 1 (for parts) and a few with it to 3-4.
