The road ahead
There has been some confusion over what will happen the next few weeks in Curse, wicked Creek and the neighboring regions. So here's the plan for the near future:
Оvеr the next few weeks‚ the combined coalition forces of goons, TCF, NC and all their pets will have to try to remove our presence from their space. We gained a foothold in Wicked creek in a very quick and efficient way when TCF was distracted and the rest of them were too busy to help out. At the same time, BОB, AaA and atlas took small bitеs here and there out of goon/allied territories. So now we will sit back and earn the fruit of that labor.
Over the next few weeks we will sit back and watch them send wave after wave to take out our stuff. We know their regroup timers‚ we know where and when they form up, and if they actually work up the balls to attack our stuff (and not just try to tower spam) we can set the time and date of the engagement by adjusting our stront timers. We will not post regroups days ahead, instead you can expect there to be a regroup every evening around 1900-2000 eve time, and most days there will be an additional regroup in US TZ and/or an earlier regroup shortly after downtime. We will coordinate with our allies in BОB, Atlas, AaA and rеact to any gang that our enemies are setting up. The last week or so you already saw that happening‚ we had one if not two or three regroups every day, and we had pew pew with pretty explosions every day. Because we can let them come to us for the fights, we do not have to sit around and siege towers for hours without end, instead we are using mostly conventional fleets to drop on their gangs and cause them major pain.
In case you are worried about sovereignty in wicked creek: It's a long way to go for them to reach Sovereignty 3. We have all the time in the world to make sure that they hurt every step along the way. And even when they get close they will not be here to stay. They won't have the dedication if they realize that it's the other way around suddenly compared to MAX, that they are the ones that have to risk things and that we can sit back and wait to hotdrop them.
What we need from every one of you is to be ready at all times. You will have more opportunity to PvP then ever, but you need to stay alert, read our announcements on the Forums, in Evemail, and most importantly, on IRC! Everything will be short notice and fast paced! You cannot lose one ship and then not get a replacement until you see the next post on the forums, you need to be ready every day.

The last weeks have been a lot of fun, and despite having done mainly fleet combat for the last few years I find myself learning new tricks. To me, the type of action we have seen lately is what Eve is all about Very Happy
