The best way of doing this from what I've heard and tried is ratting in 0.0.
Basically the idea is to kill a BS npc (since they give the biggest sec gain), and then jump into a new system, find another BS npc, kill it, rinse and repeat.
From what I understand the first npc you kill in a system gives a set sec % gain, but then that same type of npc killed after that gives a lower % gain, if that makes sense.
Jumping into a new system restores that first npc kill %, hence the killing one BS and moving on to a new system.
Оf coursе‚ I could be completely wrong, and/or thingѕ could havе changed. If someone could explain it better or correct me on this, that'd be great.
