hmmm...There's two ways we can play this.

1. Set positive standings with EC and help them with the view of building bonds with them that would serve our interests in the future. Most of us agree we need a partner in crime.

2. On the flip side of that‚ setting EC to blue means a reduction in targets for us. We're not in a position, hardware and isk wise to become imbroiled in a long term full scale territorial war.

What it comes down to us can EC be trusted? How strong are they? We can bring BS fleets but do they have a sizeable Cap fleet? There's a lot of variables and I just don't know enough about EC to make an informed opinion.

Thats awesome intel and tells us exactly who owns Cloud Ring (PL/SОT) and how thеy will react if we head up that way and try and take their stuff. Especially if they do this to a close ally.

My Recommendation

Elitist Cowards [FLUFF] -
- We approach these guys and get blue standings towards them and access to their Jump Bridge Network.
- We arrange with them to place a Resurgency Deathstar POS in 7BX where the password is not known to anyone but alliance.
- We keep all our shit in Karan / Hophib - this is really really important!
- We negotiate the ability to place some Small POS up in their space getting the "almost" High End Moons and glean intel about Cloud Ring.

VooDoo Technologies & Red Army & R.U.R & Corp 1 Allstars
- We keep them in the loop and introduce these entities to Elitist Cowards so that they can arrange a similar arrangement.

Code Red Alliance -
- As these guys appear to have pulled back from their masters then they can be approached again as potential "cannon fodder" and future pets.

If this flies (and I suggest the decision is made today) we need a joint intel channel for this which I will setup tonight.

I have been speaking with the leadership of Elitist Cowards this evening. During the conversation it became clear that we can do effective business with them and I have temporarily set them blue until you agree/disagree.

Their mission is to try and remove SOT and PL and remain in Fountain. The current situation is as follows.

- SOT hit 7BX in conjunction with a dual PL titan fleet while they were in Venal
- Their members are now back in Fountain
- A few of the many moons owned by EC in 7BX are now in re-inforced
- GoodFellas have requested the timers albeit their full intentions are unknown there is a temporary NAP in place
- I have requested the timers too
- EC can field 22 Carriers and 28 Dread
- EC are blue to RUR and Casa Nostra Alliance
- U-S is their rally point (cyno jammed) should 7BX fail

- During negotiations EC have offered the following spoils of war:

Full access to their Jump Bridge Network from D4 to U-S to 7BX
Unlimited Access to their systems & stations during the whole of this campaign (campaign titled "Take Fountain")
During
High End Moons as we take them
Joint ownership of Fountain in the aftermath (bearing in mind we have no interest in stations this is good news)
