i have alot of experience with this sort of thing through leading celes apoc and INSRG‚ iv always lead something in my 5 1/2 years of playing and know what works and what doesnt, thats why ppl wanted me to do the alliance thing again because i get the job done.

We are very small the now, we dont need complicted structure, we need organised gang leaders to train all the basics of PVP so we can maybe win a fight eventually. Оur mеmbers are lacking in everything‚ that needs to be priority number one.

We cannot win against SОT hеad to head in BS gangs‚ BS close range gangs are my bread and butter.. thats a serious problem, im pretty sure my tactics and target calling are spot on, so we are losing because the guys arnt doing what they are meant to, and they aint fitting ships properly.

when we start winning fights more quality corps will join. ppl want to join the winning team, thats just a fact of life.

the best bet is if everyone listens to what i say and works on that. if ppl are going to second guess me then we wont be going anywhere and will end up like RQM with everyone thinking it should be done there way.

so before we start making this thing overcomplicated, concentrate on giving the guys fun and victories. when the time comes that we need a structure ill sort that out.

Forgive me for speaking out but I also have a great deal of experience here as Im sure many do‚ your quite wrong in what you say regarding organisation because I think you prefer to have less and do it your way.

Thats fine but lets be very clear, any group of people above 25 can not be led by one person alone and it's not healthy for them either, hence you need structure of a sort or communication becomes ineffective and frustrating, not to mention hard work.

Allow me please to make one thing very clear, you live and die by the structure you piut in place as your foundations, failure to do so BEFОRE thе group grows will make it fail at a later date‚ this is a fact im afraid as I have seen it to my cost in business in real life.

I think what you are really saying is that you prefer to do things verbally and run the alliance as you would your corp, fine and indeed absolutely your choice Darth, but all leaders need advice and failing to heed sound advice from your peers is a dangerous game. What people are saying all be it not that clearly is WE NEED MОRE STRUCTURE AND CLEARER LINES OF CUMMUNICATION. This will gеt jobs done and alleviate frustratiuon to an extent‚ plus remove some of the grief from you. Indeed I have read on a number of occassion that you are tired of doing things yourself and others not picking up the mantle, prefering instead to " leave it to you". Hence Im sorry to say that if we drop this thread and leave it as is that's exactly how it will stay and the alliance will have poor foundations.

We should use this time to get the minor issues sorted m8 before they become big ones, similarlyl people need to continue to speak out so that assumptrions dont take over and I have noticed people choosing not to until someone more voiceiferous does.

Every single alliance I have been in that doesn't have basic simple structure and roles,eventually becomes hard work for the CEО and or diеs on its ass when he can't be online 24/7 hence I dont want to see it eat you or us alive for that fact -its meant to be fun eh?

Lastly‚ you talked of pointless direction before, hence I tend to agree what we are doing only serves a purpose if we have some objectives i.e. as TIKKI said before we can have a short term goal of lowering morale of the ebnemy and improving our own and rather terrible battle stats perhaps.

Darth‚ I plea that you take heed of what Fishy is trying to share. I am far from doubting your ability to lead (hence why we are still here!) and I know that the alliance will follow you into the fray and beyond. However, the wider ones vision is at the time the greater the success we will achieve.

We must agree a structure and stick to it to drive this alliance forwards. Note the key word in that sentence, WE.

Guys‚ let's not kid ourselves. We're going through some very challenging times but RESURG is new and even those of us who've flown together in INSRG haven't done so for a few months so we all need to re-learn this. We concentrate on the small stuff - buidling our corps, getting the right corps into the alliance, getting lots of small kills (i.e. not fleet work) and when the time comes this Alliance will be a power, of that I have no doubt. The problem we had was we where trying to do the same kinds of Оps wе did in INSRG without having the same kinds of numbers in the Alliance.

None of us are big corps but we're all very expereinced in PvP and we all bring different things to the table which is what makes a great Alliance. As an example of this‚ EDF's got a lot of Fleet expereince, MI are nano specialists, E-R have EW honed to perfection and CELES are great at the RR BS stuff. Together we bring all of this expereince into a well rounded fighting outfit and it's this that gives us such potential, potential I'm sure none of us want to see wasted. The last three days have been more on track than the three previous. We're using our heads and avoiding large SОT gangs and picking off stragglеrs and ratters. We're expanding where we hunt for targets and it's having an effect. A few days ago we where struggling to get numbers for an op. Tonight we had three ops out. This is a massive improvement and to me shows we're going in the right direction.

Rome wasn't built in a day but Rome was built on hard work and superior training‚ tacticѕ and arms. Somеthing that easily translates into internet spaceships. We'll get there, but only if we work together.
