here is the summary of what was discussed.

1. Allowed/banned ships from alliance fleets.
From the 28th on‚ they are going to be very strict on what ships ppl can show up in to roaming gangs. No tech 1 frigate or cruiser will be allowed except the blackbird. They even said the FCs would go as far as shooting and popping anyone who shows up in one. We are also only allowed to bring an inty if we are the scout or a backup scout. Everyone else is expected to be in a Hac, recon, dictor, or BC.

2. Poor ship fittings
They were also quite aggressive about members fitting their ships like [TEH BRUCE]. Basically what came out of it is they will be watching the killboard losses and if ppl have poorly fit ships, they are going to name and shame them on some thread on the forum, and for repeat offenders they are going to pressure the corp directors to kick the member. I dont think we personally have much problem here, but to ensure we dont, we are gonna post fits for all different types of ships we use in the fleet section and make sure all members know to use something very close to those fittings.

3. Poor primary fire fleet discipline
lot of discussion and bitching on this, little ideas on how to fix it. Lee and Kito being the most aggressive they decided they are once again going to check the killboard reports after a battle and look for ppl not on the primaries or killing targets that werent primary and pressure directors to remove them.

4. Mandatory ops
Large fleet ops lead by Endeva, kito, and Lee will be classified as "mandatory" ops and endeva expects ALL members who are logged in to be in the fleet taking part. He said if the fleet size is not in line with what is in alliance chat, he is going to ask directors for screenshots of their "members online" corp tab to prove their corp members arent off bearing.

5. TS and Gods Оps
ALL mеmbers are expected to be in GODS OPS and logged into TS when they are online.

6. The Blue Project
Nothing really exciting was put out about this. Basically Endeva wants more cannon foddler for taking on TCF on occasion and also to use them to cherry pick some pvpers when we dont want them blue anymore.

Overall the meeting was very aggressive‚ I dont really like the idea of them telling corps they have to kick members, but I think if we keep our house in order, our name will never come up in those discussions anyway. They really want to raise the quality level of the alliance, which is good, although Im not sure I like the general stance from the MОWE mеmbers that they are perfect and its the new corps that suck. Afterall they have more losses than anyone.

I will put up a post for the memberships on these new changes and what is expected of them so their are no excuses.

I dont think he mentioned it at the meeting‚ but he has mentioned it in the past. I think it was losing a BS ratting in delve "during ops". Afterall ppl have to make isk to pay for these expensive ships they want everyone flying.

I heard him spouting on about *all* ratting in Delve (at least for the forseeable future) being punishable by kicking because he thinks BoB see it and our stock with them will drop. I suspect he's worried about keeping favour with the bobbits as they seem to be well on the way to ruling the roost again.

nono‚ he is talking about LОSING a battlеship WHILE ratting in delve‚ the ratting itself is 'fine' (as long as it's not during mandatory ops). As he stated in the forum thread we c/p'd over from here, there's level 4 serpentis missions one jump from h-a giving out snake implants as rewards for the storyline missions, those should prove for a good alternative income source for those needing it as well.

running missions in curse is a good way to get ganked on a daily basis. theres hostiles in all those systems.
