Great support for a gang. Can suck anything dry in under a minute and sustain pretty much any ship with cap as well. ECM is good for support against caladari (aka missle boats) to keep them from shooting you or your friends. The tracking disrupters keep the turret boats from shooting you or your friends... Basically the only thing thats gonna do any damage is drones‚ and you ѕhould havе a supply of Tech 2 Medium drones yourself to take care of any enemy drones.
The 2 Small armor reps should be used staggered to maintain your armor without a huge energy hit each cycle. Resists range from 79-58 and only about 2k armor so not gonna be able to take heavy damage but hopefully in a gang you won't have to.
