ATLAS Directors: High End Moon Mining Rules

We are having this rule unofficially (as we don't have any text on it on this forum)

But want hereby make it officially:

:arrow: ALL high end moon mining shall be forwarded to Atlas holding ASAP
:arrow: High End moons = Dysprosium and Promethium
:arrow: 1 week moon mining = 16800 units

:arrow: Corp that is mining the moon‚ is allowed to withdraw some Raw’s to pay for the PОS fuеl‚ but the rest should be contracted to Atlas Holding.
:arrow: Recommended withdrawal for fuel is: Dysprosium= 600 units per week. Promethium= 1700 units per week (will be changed if Prices will change a lot)

:arrow: Contracts to Atlas Holding should be at the nearest Holding office

Just so it doesn't get lost‚ Оokkе had a reaction for the prom that only needs one step with one common moon material and it raises the price pretty well. Hopefully he can link it here since it brings in alot more isk if I remember correctly.

we only need a Vanadium moon to make Hyperflurite(http://www.eve-central.com/home/quic...l?typeid=17960) or a Cadmium one to make Prometium(http://www.eve-central.com/home/quic...l?typeid=17960)

and If I understand it correctly we can get promethium at 100 units / hour per pos and make ~26k pu on jita market raw or we could make a simple reaction from two raw materials at 200 units / hour and make 18-19k PU but at double the rate so it would be 26k vs. 36-38k minus extra fuel cost and effort.

So it's about 1.8b for the promethium raw per month or 2.5-2.6b for the reaction per month.

16800 Promethium about 430M per week income
33600 Hyperflurite/Prometium about 640M per week

the thing is.. Someone need to do the work in all this wartime.. Atlas would be grateful if it will be done.. but to simplify it it is enought if the corp contract the prom only

somehow I have a feeling we aren't going to get to hog very many of these moons so we should probably look into maximizing the profits off them‚ especially knowing Bobbys habits with capital ships :P

I'll try to scan the moons in 111- and surroundings and try to find a cadmium or vanadium moon.

Is it really hard to find people willing to contribute towers? Also I think ofcourse once the alliance income stabilises a bit it should pay for the towers but right now it can't‚ and I ѕеe think capital reimbursment comes first.
