we have managed to hog 0 dysprosium 1 promethium so far.

s there a way (question for our diplos) that we could ingratiate ourselves with one of the larger goon-hating‚ space-controlling forces in the region by hiring ourselves out to simply disrupt these towers?

From what I understand, this was one of the goals of the whole Max thing... Not necessarily to get into a sov war, but to inflict maximum damage.

We wouldn't need to fight the goons for space, nor get into a long-term soveriegnty war, but an occasional op to disable a high-end moon could really screw with their income, especially if we did it on a semi-regular basis.

We're in a situation right now where:

a) We're not really in a coalition
b) We don't have any space to lose
c) Some of our cap pilots are bored and off looking for fights elsewhere
d) We really need to make friends, and fast.

It might be good to stage operations from our current (unlosable) NPC space to keep our cap forces in shape, and possibly disrupt some pretty good chunks of the Goons' income.

If we play those cards right, we could make some powerful friends. Goons are already a powerful enemy.

Thats a good idea Rake. Maybe we could give word to BoB-n-Co that if/when they plan on moving against Goon's‚ we'll do whatever we can to diѕrupt thеir ISK flow from Esoteria.

Eso seems to be a rather rich region.
