T2 Amarr/Caldari cruisers (but not HIC or logistic)‚ BS or lower Amarr/Caldari/Gallente. Can use T2 S/M/L lasers, T2 Cruise/HAMs.

Depends on the week. 7-20 (maybe even more this year) depending on the week - university student, so mostly depending on the school work assigned.

Lack of activity - most of the members have left due to some of CCPs changes/decisions.

The Big Blue, Ka-Tet, Elite Storm Enterprises one (I don't remember what it was called), Maelstrom (for a matter of a few days), YouWhat, Privateers.
