Regardless of what they decide to do CAN I think will stage in 4c. Requiem is talking of staging in Fountain core... I don't see that as an option for us and I doubt Un-nat will either. There will likely be some new Fountain plans soon-- I will share what I can‚ but it wont be all.......

We need to have a stricter set of rules of what we post in these forums‚ i have confirmed PL have a spy in these forums and it looks like they have ever since the fountain operation started since they have copies of posts going back quite a few weeks now.

Maybe a CEО only sеction for the more sensative information which CEOs can filter down the grapevine to their directors - would be one good preventative measure.

I spoke with Hroth the other day and told him I needed to speak with him about what was going on when he had time and we spoke briefly about some things but there was more and he knew that. That never happened and that was the third time he has said we will talk and it never happens becuause he gets busy(which is understandable)among other things im sure, but when I say I will speak with someone, it might not happen right away but I do get back to them within an acceptable timeframe, I just dont forget about it all together. Hroth, You know I am always here for you brother and dont take this statement the wrong way, it just a part of the lack of intel I require to be a functioniong part of this alliance, so we can be the best we can for CAN.

I know I am not the most important person in this alliance, But I am a part of it and so is my corp. We have fought at all times, and Even in PNQY with a very negitive feeling towards the people WE were up there helping for a not so distant past of Hobo getting screwed over in a major way by them.

I had someone say to me that he now has 9 CAN channels to look at the other day and i thought to myself, what are all these channels and why arent I in them, I am a CEО right? It was distrеssing to say the least...

What intel is it you feel has not been handed down? Just about everything has been on the CEO forums as far as plans and talks.. I cannot think of anything that hasnt been put out..... do you read everything there?

As far as channels.. there is PEW‚ The ОR, ORBC and that markеt channel. There are two other channels but only a few people are in those-- im sorry but soon as we let one person in that wants to be there we will get the rest and frankly we dont need a room full of cooks in those channels.

I have 8 channels up do to my alliance role.. In these channels i have other allied alliance directors.. This is where we plan and get things done.. Too many people in these channels creates too many opinions and slows the process down causing failure.. ie. fountain. many ideas once nearly final are brought to us for discussion.. I often always discuss my plans with our ceo's directors that are online and in game.. ie. code red pay off from that one corp.

Anyhow you are a trusted person of mine and i do try my best to keep you informed as is every CEO.. Realize though that every plan i make is flexible and nothing is ever set in stone.. Yes‚ i may have details im holding back because im sure you dont have 10 hours to hear everything in my head.. I have never withheld from you what hasnt been even withheld from elrac.. I make many decesions flying by at the moment as things change in game.. Extreme flexibility is what will give us an edge..

when i inform people of basic ideas and plans that is cause i never fully take one thing to the end to make certain that i remain flexible.. step 1 always has to have 15 flexible steps two's three's fours and fives on down to the end or shit just wont work...That is also how i FC... No time ever when im fc'ing do i follow my origanol plan it never happens..Any time I FC and try to stick to a step by step plan it causes failure do to lack of flexability. No way i could possibly let anyone in on all of that.. Hell it keeps me up at night just trying to do it in my head and in my many notebooks.

During fountain operations i had to change modify everything about 15 times a day at least in order to keep us safe and still in the fight...

Im not sure how i can improve my communication.. i tend to forum whore all day long to address people concerns and ideas.. Many of my plans and ideas are based from my input from you guys since we are one unit.. I try like hell to keep everyone happy and having fun.. My one and only goal is to make this alliance the strongest meanest bunch of ass kicking pvpers this game has ever seen.. im military all the way but try like hell to help understand the needs of every aspect of players we have...

what we could maybe do, is assign roles or tasks to certain corps based on their capabilities. not sure how we could structure that, but maybe even just have some 'special teams' where we just take pilots who want to be on those teams and let them decide how to accomplish their assigned task or role.

there are all kinds of ways we can all 'feel' more like we are part of the bigger picture.

but lets just set an alliance goal for the next month/3 months/6 months, then lets go out and accomplish.

all in all tho, this alliance is the best ive been in to date. its growing, its active and we all have fun.

I never made a decision without consulting with the directors available to me at the time the decision was made.

I play up to 18-20 hours a day at times lots of shit happens in that amount of time.. Me having that availability helps us...

If you all think im fucking up say so and ill gladly step aside and take a back seat.. believe me its very appealing to me to think about just being a nobody and flying under someone and not making any decisions and doing pvp only which i love so dearly.

as of now.. 80% of my game time revolves around planning and chatting with folks..
Im a pvper lover not a chat lover... My efforts for alliance are so this game remains fun for me and others around me.

Quite frankly being military director is an absolute pain in my ass and granted i love talking to each and everyone of you i have to spend almost my entire day explaining myself and dont get to have much of what i call fun.. but i do this cause i think you all are great and want this alliance to suceed and i also have an insane amount of play time available .. that makes it all worthwhile.

Allies went there to fight. Allies looking for help. That got us a new ally. We went there to get some fights‚ help them, and see how things turned out. It may have ended in a station for us if things went well and that's what we were talking with The Requiem when things went south fast.


So we pull back, and see what their plans are and if it fits into something we want to do. RA just lost a bunch of SОV.. who knows what that will lеad to. Tomorrow we might come back and say we are assaulting Pure Blind with Unnatural.. who knows.

The pull out last night from PNQY was taking advantage of an opportunity to get some stuff out as it became clear Requiem and Unnat were not mouonting much to save the system. We can do some night ops till station turns to get more if needed.


Im here to give you guys what you want‚ or at least what you need. If you want a weekly CEО mеeting we can do that do.. but just an FYI-- there will be no council nor votes on things while I am executor.. I hope everyone can see why. Requiem is an example-- while they dont have a council they dont have just one guy calling the shots.

I am surprised we have a leak in CEO forums‚ like jack says your directors should be ppl you trust implicitly -however, unless your directorship is your own family or someone you know VERY well in RL, there is always that element of doubt i suppose (but let's not go there... that way leads to the dark side :lol: ). As a side note i can honestly say the guys from CОDC arе certainly not leaking anything -although i have never met Erikel or Beriel in RL‚ we have been in thiѕ corp sincе it founded and i would trust them 1000% with anything in this game (and RL too i reckon ).

So if someone leaked that information they would know for sure they had a spy in the normal membership forum. Not in the directors forum. However most of the people in this alliance have seen and learned from the past what kind of things Mazz can pull off when it comes to forum hacking. So most people including me asume that when we fight an enity (exept BoB) we'll have accses to their forums and most of the time director accses. So it might aswell be someone who's been bragging that we'll we got spies everywhere and most certanly in your director forum. So said person running their mouths would portrey what they think is likly (that we have spy in their director forum) as a fact and thus CAN leadership would treat it is a fact (that we got a spy in their director fourm).

I think most of the leadership is on the same page about things‚ especially so concerning Fountain.

Like El'rac said, we went to Fountain to help friends and did it to our fullest capabilities until it became infeasible to continue. We can still help without basing out of the area and I think everyone agrees CAN made a good showing considering what we had on the line and what was promised to us.

Would asking everyone in this forum for their full API key help to root out the spy? It's very disconcerting that there even is one here considering the closeness of all who post here.

Also the greatest opposition of the Fountain campaign we've run so far that I've seen was from questioning regular corp members that didn't know the whole plan and was very light at that.

All in all I think things are going well for us with the exception of the discovery of a spy in this forum. Seems like we have many options available to us without being tied down too tightly to any one course of action.

As Paul said, maybe for the highest of sensitivity issues, personal EVE mails back and forth between those on a "need to know" basis would work best.

Portions of the ceo/director forum posts are being copy pasted to enemy forums. I dont think our spy problem is all that bad honestly.. I think its a much larger issue for Requiem and Unat..

ie. A player in unat sold a pw to the pos to PL. Only unat knew that pw at the time.

ie. Requiem has a spy in there leadership confirmed by our plans being completely known before hand... Also Requiem has TS spies in a huge way.

Always when registering anyone on our TS make them put a 1 in alliance or intel to confirm they are really who they say they are..

We had an instance where a person from our alliance logged in to Req ts for the very first time ever and someone was on there with his name and registered.

Lets just be carefull no need for anyone to panic

This won't help much. Anyone who managed to get into a director position in one of our corps would have been smart enough to hide any transactions between alts and the spy character. The current limited api already gives access to all the alts created on that account.

Maby a review of who has access to these forums. Have a list of each corps members with access sent to the ceo's to see if there is someone from that list who should not be here.

No the leak has been posting things from the CEO forums so its not just any recruit. Also they have been posting things from prior to RVV's joining atleast - there are posts going back about a month (and RVV has only been in just over a week now i believe).

Its just a matter of time before i find out who it is.The tricky thing the person posting the intel isnt using an ingame eve name - but there are other ways which i wont go into - but i would just like to tell the spy that i will get you :twisted:

I hate spys‚ but that said i also hate witch hunts which this could easily become. Given that please make sure that any claims to know who is a spy are verifiable via evidance presented here for us all to see and that the source can be verified as genuine by more than one person. Оnе of the things i particuarily dislike is that this kinda claim can be used to discredit and disrupt an alliance with little or no evidance or on the strength of data from one person (which ofc is easy to 'fix'). Whilst this may not be politicaly popular i gotta say that atm whilst i have no reason not to trust Aneu‚ RVV are almost the newest corp in CAN and i have just as little reason so far to trust them.
