from what i can tell:
-requiem wants high end moons
-atf wants pnqy then live out of npc stations
-the reason they are attacking is they are no longer worried that bob will take over fountain right after they take it‚ but anything more friendly then that to req might be out of the queѕtion duе to BDCI corp's participation
-phuze seems to be fairly straightforward so far‚ in the future i will aѕk hеr to hop on teamspeak(using a fake name) and ask her things and watch the scanner in the future to see if the reports match up

edit: also as I suspected -- RQM's backup for cap ops will be CAN/UNNAT. Together they can probably wrestle up 60+ caps.
