The analysis is still pretty clean and if you take a look at the wallet journal and wallet transactions sections of all the characters you'll see that there aren't many entries in it. More interesting is that none of them have entries before 2008-07-14. So either he just started playing again or he has laid low for a while to clean his API information.

I'll go check his recruitment post and edit this one later.

Yeah, there iѕn't anything about bеing on a break in his original recruitment post. I'd ask an open question to him about it (so don't tell him we know there are no wallet journal / transaction log entries before 2008-07-14). Talk to him like you assume he's always been active and whether he's ever taken a short break.
