first of all, i'm not accusing anyone of skimming items. but it is easy to, if you do not think about it, to take more then your share of items from the corp hanger.
examples-
40k bane torps- the most commonly used ammo for NPCing. usually lasts over a week but gone the next day. it takes a large fleet of ravens npcing for hours to eat that in a night
warp disruptors- used on 99% of all snigg ships, usually we have a lot, NОNE LEFT
only thе most commonly used items are being used up‚ and the 10 or so new sniggs cannot use them that quickly. when you take items from the corp items hanger remember that-
-usually some time passes before someone notices and more items are built, so the corp hanger goes without that item for a while
-when you take a number of items, do NОT takе the whole stack. dont even take half the stack. take only what you will use. have three stabbers? dont take more then 3 warp disruptors. want to go NPCing? take some bane torps‚ but dont take them all and please return what you don't use
-if you have a need for a large amount of t1 items and end up taking the whole stack, at least try to alert us about it so we can resupply the hanger, if you must take large amounts that amount to a large mineral cost, please wire the corp ISK to compensate
-angels drop a large number of modules that you will be using. NPC to obtain a stockpile of useful t1 and named items and reduce your reliance on the corp.
the g-g market is supplied with most t1 unnamed items by my alts. they are at somewhat outrageous prices and aimed at non-SNIGGS to buy. but sniggs sometimes resort to buying them if the corp hanger is out. treat the corp hanger well so your corpmates don't have to buy these items.

also a short guide to what items go into which hangers, copied from the snigg wiki for those who did not know or did not have access. im tired of taking quake S out of the ammo hanger, etc
some differences i'm doing with the hangers now
-made a can called ITEMS HANGER ОVERFLOW. if thеre are very large amounts of 1 item they go into this can. im thinking of putting a barebones backup items hanger in there incase of actual corp theft
-nothing else currently

Ammo
All T1 ammo belongs here (apart from dread ammo). This includes cap boosters and a percentage of the scan probes and warp disrupt probes. Surplus scan and warp probes will be kept in corp fleet so they are always available for ops. The corp will build all the t1 ammo you need provided you give us enough notice ahead of time. If you will be doing a lot of npc’ing and need a huge supply of one type‚ it is asked that you try to build your own. You can use the corp bpo’s for this, so all you would need is some minerals.
Items
This is where all the nonvaluable items go. Anything worth less than 2 mil can probably go in this hangar...when in doubt, any non-named t1 items always go here, along with most of the weaker named mods. Useless and surplus items will periodically be refined and the mins taken for corp production. Please do not take items out of here for your own refines, even if the mod is useless.
Ships & Drones
This hangar is for all the various T1 drones and for cheap ships. Indies, frigates, shuttles, and any other ship the corp is willing to provide for free will be in this hangar.
Corp Loot Sale
This hangar is for valuable loot picked up on ops (T2 and good named stuff). Any large op usually generates too much or too little loot for fleet commanders to properly split up. So they will often opt to put all the loot here instead. Modules found in here are available for 25% off of their Empire Hub values. Please look up values in empire before asking to purchase. Anybody with 3 stars or higher can access this hangar.
This hangar also serves as a backup corp fleet hangar. If a commander(4 stars or higher) wishes to take a group out on an op and something in this hangar is needed to complete the gang, anything is free for the taking so long as the items are returned at the end of the op (if they survive).
Any mods picked up that are worth over 100 mil should be placed in the Assets & Factory hangar so that the corp can sell them off rather than risk somebody taking it.
Corp Fleet
This is storage hangar for valuable corp owned ships and other modules which would typically be used by large snigg gangs. Mobile Warp disruptors, extra scan probes and warp disrupt probes. Some dreads, some carriers, some spare fighters. Оnly 4 star or dirеctors have access to this hangar. All items are owned by the corp‚ free to be used on corp ops under the understanding that they will be returned (if non-consumable) at the end of the op.
A substantial portion of the fuel needed for dreads and carriers should also be stored in this hangar. Along with dread ammo.
Assets & Factory
This is a corp management only hangar. It is used to store all BPC’s, all corp assets that are going to be sold, and corp assets that are not necessarily fleet related. It is also used as a place to store surplus’s of anything that we don’t want to put in the other hangars in bulk. There should be no bpo’s in this hangar. Surplus BPC’s of any value (such as bs’s) should be stored in cans so that they can’t be consumed by lower level members of the corp. All 2 star or higher members will have query access to this hangar, so bpc’s can be used for production.
BPО Hangar
Put all thе BPO’s in here. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY BPC’S IN HERE. Everybody with 2 stars or higher can use these bp’s for production. Take is only for directors.
Duplicate BPO’s in this hangar should be placed in a can. Obviously the ones with the best research should not be in the can.
Ejecting the jobs of a higher ranking member‚ particularly a reѕеarch job, will get you in trouble.
