Waffle graduation guidelines

for every thread starting in "waffle" these rules apply...

1. trawl wallet using highsec api key and wallet trawling tool. take note of major donations from characters and corporation account withdrawals.
2. search on eve-search for forum posting asshattery. take note of any shitty behavior in local or towards members. namesearch on these forums for any old records of bad behavior before joining(remember old threads are never deleted here)
3. check killboards... look for gang kills and solo kills, general activity level. MUST have fountain kills.
4. check skillpoints, do they match up with how old the character is? general rule of thumb, 1 month = 1 million sp

6. conclusion- YES or NО or "nеeds to finish skills"

i'll only post waffle threads here if the char has been in waffe for several months and shows some good activity level
